最近、かなり自信消失気味。
たま〜に自信を取り戻すこともあるけど、基本的に沈みっぱなし。
このままだと、弊社エンジニアで次に退職するのは俺じゃね？ってぐらいに自信消失気味。

で、自信というものがどこから生まれてくるのか自己考察。

一つは外的要因。
「あの人にあれだけ褒めてもらえたから、俺ってすごいんじゃね」って思い込むヤツ。
でも、俺は基本ネガティブ思考なもんで、褒められるとかえって裏があると思い込んでしまいへこんでしまう。
・・・育ちの悪さが露呈してしまうさねw

もう一つは内的要因。
「うし、やりきった。これ以上のもんは他のヤツには作れねぇ」って思い込むヤツ。
下手すると、たんなるうぬぼれ。勘違い。
・・・俺はおそらくこっちのタイプ。

でも、どうもダメダメ。
仕事がつまんないとかじゃなくて、プログラマとして「やりきったぜ！」って思えることが少ない。
＃周りがすごい人ばかりなので、自惚れることができないという事もあるけど・・・

そんなこんなで、最近、仕事とは関係ないプログラムを帰ってからコツコツ書いてたりする。
そうすると、なんとなく自分に自信を取り戻せたりする。
あくまで自己満足なしろものだけど、いつか日の目見るのかなぁ？

ここ数年、花見と言えば稽古後の公園だったり、大学後の造幣局だったりと夜桜ばかりだったので、昼間からの花見はなかなかに新鮮で楽しかったです。
なにはともあれ、朝から場所取りに行ってくれたお三方に感謝×2です♪
